Suggested fabrics: Broadcloth, brocade, chambray, chintz, damask, dupioni, shantung, eyelet, linen types, poplin, sateen, satin, taffeta. Interlining in coutil. Cup liningĀ in broadcloth and cotton types. B Corset OverlayĀ in lace. **Note for view B:Ā Extra lace will be needed to match motifs at seams.
Note: Extra fabric maybe needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way designs fabrics or shrinkage.
Sizing: AA (10-12-14-16-18), BB (20W-28W), approx. UK sizes AA (6/8 ā 14), BB (16/18ā 26). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.
Notions: Thread. 4yd of 1/2" wide casing tape for boning, 1 1/2yd of 7/8" wide grosgrain ribbon (for underbust stay), two skirt hook closures (for underbust stay), 3 1/4yd of 5/8" wide ribbon (for lacing), sixteen grommets, awl. A: two large hook and eyes.
**Note:Ā Various lengths of 1/4" steel bones will be needed to complete this corset for view A and B. View A will also need one 1/2" steel busk.
