Buy the Henrietta Skirt sewing pattern from Spaghetti Western Sewing. The Henrietta Skirt is inspired by horse girl eras, 18th-century pannier skirts, and looking hot and mysterious while running errands. The skirt has generous volume with a flexible and comfortable elastic waist.

This sewing pattern is available to buy in the following formats:

Suggested fabrics: Light-mid weight woven fabrics. For a more dramatic silhouette use fabrics with a crisper hand such as cotton poplin, voile, lawn, batiste. The skirt has a more relaxed and everyday feel when sewn in fabrics that have a softer drape such as linen, rayon, lyocell, tencel, and washed cottons. Bottom weight fabrics may also work, but may require grading and topstitching at seams.
Fabric requirements: Yardage estimates based on 30" (76 cm) long skirt. Adjust as needed if sewing a shorter or longer skirt.
44" (112 cm) wide fabric: 3 - 4 yd (2.7 - 3.6 m).
54" (137 cm) wide fabric: 3 yd (2.7 m).
Sizing: 3XS – 3XL (approx. UK 8 – 38, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.
Notions: 1.5" wide non-roll elastic at least as long as your waist measurement // Optional: trim (such as ruffles, lace, piping) to highlight gathered side curve.
